1. License and Usage

b. Modifications: You must modify the original content of the Product if you plan on sharing it on your own social media platforms. This involves using a combination of design elements and editing techniques to create a new creative work. You must not use the product as standalone.

2. Standalone Use Defined

You understand that using the Product in its original form, solely using a filter, changing colors, resizing, cropping, or with minimal additional design elements is considered standalone use. You agree to not use the product as standalone.

3. Restrictions

You are expressly prohibited from reselling, distributing, or sharing the Product in any form, whether for profit or otherwise, outside of personal use as outlined above. Distribution of derivative works based on the Product is also strictly prohibited.

4. Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the Product, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remain the sole property of Owner. Your purchase of the product does not transfer any ownership rights to You.

5. Enforcement

Owner reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of the Product. Owner may revoke your license to use the Product at any time if you are found to be in violation of the terms of this Agreement.

6. Acknowledgement

By purchasing and using the Product, you agree to abide by the terms of this Licensing Policy.

7. Indemnity

You agree to protect, defend, and not hold liable Faceless Route from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Product.

Licensing Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") is made effective as of the date purchased, by and between Eliggen Management LLC ("Licensor"), and the Purchaser ("Licensee"). The Licensor and Licensee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
